Race weekend

How it works

Race morning

From the entry list to posted results, each step is one screen in Race Control.

  1. Before the weekend

    Entries and schedule

Import registration from MotorsportReg, then lay out each day from your schedule template.

  2. Practice and qualifying

    Timing

Bring in times from your timing system.

  3. Before each race

    Grids

Generate every grid at once, check each one against the last version, then publish.

  4. In the paddock

    Phones and paper

Riders open their grid from a texted link or the QR code on the posted sheet.

  5. After the flag

    Results

Results post under each grid from your timing system.

  • Rules

    Grid order you set

Grids follow the ordering rules you configure, starting with qualifying times. The same entries always give the same grid.

  • Overrides

    Changes on the record

Pin a rider, send one to the back of a wave, or add a row penalty. Each override keeps who made it and why.

  • Print

    Sheets from the browser

Grid, results, and schedule sheets print straight from the page. There are no files to export.
